KIDS ART

What does a child do when they are sick?  Mine coughed and sneezed, ran a fever and rested in bed, along with her goodies.  She did some knitting, crochet and made bracelets.  These are colorful friendship bracelets that she can pass on to all her friends.

On the left, she learned how to make these beautiful beaded bracelets.  On the right, her friend Shiloh (who taught her how to bead) made this necklace from beads and I bought it!  I could not resist.  You should see the red one!
Thanks for window shopping!  Time for me to learn how to bead!

SCRAPPING SISTERS CJ'S

It's Serene's turn in this private cj swap.  Her theme is four unusual things you have done.  I don't know if mine are ususual but they sure were fun and still are fun!  Traveling, scuba diving, hitting new beaches, and raising our baby girl.  That's the most unusal but most natural thing I have ever done.  Having a baby!

Serene, I tried to use blue, but it just didn't work!

PRETTY CARDS

I received some beautiful cards in the mail yesterday.  Liz, our friend in Texas made The Singer and Lisa, my dear friend in Oklahoma via Texas, made the beautiful purple flowered card.  Oh, how I love purple. Thanks ladies!

Peace,

SCRAPPING SISTERS CJ

Finally, my left hand has healed enough to scrap a bit!  Goodness, this lefty is glad to be back in the studio.  Here is Melissa's layout. Her theme is Five Things I Can't Live Without.  Great theme. I used the Mariposa DCWV paper.  Oh it's so gorgeous, I could just frame it.

God, family, friends, my dogs, art.

That's my list, but I will tell you, the beach is on that list also!
